WASHINGTON, DC (WUSA9) — D.C. police need the public's help finding Doretha Cotton, a 67-year-old critical missing person from Northeast.
Cotton was last seen on the 1800 block of Hamlin Street, Northeast, on Friday.
Police describe her as a black female, with a medium brown complexion, 5'7” in height, 219 pounds, and brown eyes and black hair. She was last seen wearing blue pants, a white shirt, green hoodie jacket and sneakers.
