Police are looking for 14-year-old Dominique Franklin, who was last seen on the 4300 block of South Capitol Street, Southeast, on Tuesday. He was reported missing on Wednesday.
Dominique is described as a black male, with a medium brown complexion, 5’8” in height, 202 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
He was last seen wearing a black jacket and black pants.
