Meet Principal Pierrette Peters

Peters was previously the principal of George Washington Middle School and lead academic principal and academic principal of mathematics and science at T.C. Williams High School. In addition, she has served as a ninth-grade biology teacher at Wakefield High School in Arlington, Va., and a seventh- and eighth-grade science teacher and department chairperson at James Madison Middle School in Upper Marlboro, Md.

Peters earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, a master of education degree in the master teacher program at Regent University, and a master of education degree in educational leadership from George Mason University.
