The men have been identified as 29-year-old Abdul Bah of no fixed address and 29-year-old Moshood Akinrinsola of Beltsville.

BLADENSBURG, Md. — Prince George's County police say officers investigating a crash found two men shot to death early Wednesday morning. They believe the victims were shot by someone else.

Officers of the Prince George's County Police Department were called to investigate a car crash in the 5400 block of Annapolis Road around 3:40 a.m. Once on the scene, officers found two men in a vehicle suffering from gunshot wounds. Both men were pronounced dead at the scene, officials said.

The men have been identified as 29-year-old Abdul Bah of no fixed address and 29-year-old Moshood Akinrinsola of Beltsville.

According to the investigators, the crash led to a closure of both northbound and southbound lanes along Annapolis Road for several hours.

Around 12:30 p.m. Thursday, plain clothes detectives were seen speaking with employees of a nearby lounge. The manager for Base Restaurant and Lounge said they closed at 2 a.m. and weren’t open at the time of the shooting. Several other businesses around the area said their security cameras didn’t show much either.

So far, no arrests have been made and police are still investigating what led up to the shooting.

Anyone who may have information is asked to call Prince George's County Crime Solvers at 1-866-411-TIPS.

The investigation remains ongoing.
