In a press conference on Wednesday night, police said Tyndell's ex-wife and his estranged wife had both sought protection from the courts. Police also said Tyndell was involved with another individual.

Both Tyndell and the mother of his three children filed second-degree assault charges against each other. The most recent case was in May of last year.
