Two people are dead after a car they hit a utility pole Sunday.
The accident happened around 2:35 a.m. on Boundary Avenue at Opus Avenue in Capitol Heights.
According to police, officers responded to the accident and discovered a car crashed into a utility pole.
Both driver and passenger were pronounced dead on scene.
Investigators are working to determine the cause of the crash.
