A 20-year-old Herndon man has been charged with having an inappropriate sexual relationship with a juvenile that started last summer, Loudoun County officials said.
Marvin D. Ramirez-Ayala, was charged on February 21 with three counts of sending sexually explicit messages to a minor over social media and two counts of sexual assault.
Authorities learned about the relationship this week. Ramirez-Ayala started the sexual relationship with the juvenile back in August 2017.
Officials stated there is no indication that the suspect was involved with any other juveniles. Authorities will not be releasing the age of the identity.
Ramirez-Ayala is being held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on no bond.
