The Baltimore Police Department is still searching for a suspect after an officer was shot in West Baltimore Wednesday afternoon.
The FBI is offering a $60,000 reward for the identification of the suspect involved in the shooting.
The Baltimore police officer was transported to the Shock Trauma after the shooting. He is in grave condition, Baltimore police said.
The shooting happened at 4:30 p.m. on the 900 block of Bennett Place, near Fremont Ave, police reported Wednesday.
Reports said the officer was off-duty at the time of the shooting. Sources say the officer was taken to Baltimore's Shock Trauma following the shooting.
Baltimore Mayor Catherine Pugh and Police Chief Kevin Davis are at Shock Trauma with the officer and his family.
