The woman who pleaded guilty to throwing a cup of urine on a Metrobus driver was sentenced Thursday, officials said.

Around 10:30 a.m., Opal Brown learned her fate in DC Superior Court. She was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but 120 suspended.

According to court documents, Brown told police she tossed the urine in August because she was mad at the driver and she hates Metro.

Brown will be placed on three years of supervised probation. During that time, the judge ordered, she must stay away from the X2 Metrobus route.
