Dozens of people illegally rode dirt bikes and four-wheelers through Northeast D.C. early Sunday night.

The group can be seen barreling down H Street, weaving in and out of traffic.

Although illegal in the District, Metropolitan Police are instructed not to pursue a person or persons riding dirt bikes or four-wheelers.

In the video, two MPD cruisers can be seen following behind the parade of riders.

This is an ongoing problem in the city. In 2016, D.C. Police released images of 245 people riding terrain vehicles like dirt bikes and four-wheelers hoping for them to be identified.
