The new neighborhood brings new restaurants and year-round entertainment to the Southwest side of the District.

A four-day celebration featuring live music, food, and other activities will take place in honor of the long-awaited opening.

The Wharf team is currently working on the designs for phase II of the newest neighborhood. The development of offices, residential areas, a marina, retail space, parks and other public spaces is expected to start mid-2018 and be completed by 2022.
