D.C. rescue crews pulled a construction worker out of a hole after he fell while on the job.
According to D.C Fire and EMS, the man fell about 20 feet below grade just before 1 p.m. Tuesday. It happened at a construction site at 1150 15th Street Northwest.
Video posted by the fire department showed crews hoisted the man out of the hole using a crane and safely placed him on the ground by an ambulance.
The fire department reported the man suffered an injury to his right leg. He was conscious and alert while crews transferred him to a hospital.
