Police are searching for suspect(s) that stole a car with a one year still inside, said D.C. police.
It happened Monday in the 1800 block of Monroe Street, Northeast around 10:10 a.m.
According to police, the suspect stole the car left running unattended with the baby inside.
Police located the car a short time later. The car was abandoned nearby with the baby inside uninjured.
Police would like to talk to this person seen in surveillance video.
