Nearly one week after the election, anti-Trump protests continued across the country.

On Monday, hundreds of students walked out of their classrooms in Montgomery County, Md. to protest the president-elect Donald Trump.

Up to 500 students participated in the protest. Some were heard chanting "we reject the president-elect."

Another protest took place at Freedom Plaza in D.C. A group of activists launched a series of demonstrations to reject what they're calling “Trumpism.” Demonstrators held up a sign that read "stop Trumpism."
