Five teenagers were charged with vandalism after police say they used graffiti to write vulgar language on a historic school in Asburn, Va.

Three 16 year olds from Sterling, Va., a 17-year-old from Asburn, Va. and 1 16-year-old from Asburn, Va. were charged with felony destruction of property and misdemeanor entering property of another for the purpose of damaging it.

The Ashburn Old School is a historic, one-room school that was built in the 19th century to educate African American children.

The school is currently under restoration.
