Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

Serves 1

Ingredients:

1 c. water

1/4 c. canned pumpkin

1/4 c. coconut cream or milk

1 banana, frozen

1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp. ground ginger

5 dashes of ground nutmeg

5 dashes of ground clove

Method:

Blend all ingredients together on high until smooth. Enjoy!
