Enjoy Maine's finest sandwich with these effortless lobster rolls! Just add ingredients you already have in your kitchen to fresh lobster and voila!


3-4 11/2 pounds cooked lobster meat

Kosher salt

1 celery stalk, chopped finely

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon fresh chives

2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise

Ground pepper

6 New England-style split hotdog buns

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature


1. Cut meat into 1/2 in. pieces

2. Mix celery, lemon juice, chives and mayonnaise in medium-sized bowl. Add more mayonnaise if desired and season with salt and pepper. Add in lobster meat and mix well.

3. Spread butter onto rolls and toast if desired.

4. Pour lobster mixture onto buns and enjoy.
