Another popular flavor that thrives in the fall are apples. Whether it's in your baked goods or paired as a warm cider, apples can compliment any dish during this time of year. Thanks to The Spice and Tea Exchange, here's a Warm Mulled Cider Float recipe to enjoy during this season!

(From The Spice and Tea Exchange)

1 Pkg of Mulling Mix Spice Blend

Salted Caramel Sugar (to taste)

Star Anise (optional garnish)

(From your local grocery)

64 oz (1/2 gal) apple cider

1.5 qt vanilla ice cream

Whipped cream

Caramel topping

MULL apple cider and The Spice and Tea Exchange Mulling Mix Spice Blend in a slow cooker on low for one hour. Sample and continue mulling if a stronger flavor is desired. ADD a scoop of ice cream into four tall glass cups. POUR one cup of mulled cider into each over the ice cream. Top with whipped cream and caramel topping. SPRINKLE with The Spice and Tea Exchange Salted Caramel Sugar. (Bonus serving suggestion: GARNISH each glass with a The Spice and Tea Exchange Star Anise)
