Summer may be ending, but that doesn't mean the fun has to stop. This Saturday, September 9th, the D.C. Commission on the Arts and Humanities proudly presents the 202 Arts and Music Festival. The free outdoor celebration is held at the Southwest Waterfront, and features musical acts such as Arrested Development, performance art, and a wide array of visual arts.
