PIKESVILLE, Md. (WUSA) - Maryland State Police are asking people to continue to stay off Maryland roads until highway crews can locate, and clear blocked roads and traffic hazards from downed trees.

If you are driving, officials want to remind motorists to approach a non-functioning traffic light at an intersection as a 4-way stop.
