WOODBRIDGE, Va. (WUSA9) -- At approximately 6 a.m. Thursday Prince William County police say detectives and federal agents were serving a search warrant at a house in Woodbridge when they made a discovery.
According to police, they found three children between the ages of 11 and 15 living at the home. The living conditions were deemed sufficient to have the children removed from the home, say police.
The mother, 33-year-old Shanise Shameen Bowles, was charged with reckless endangerment. She is being held without bond at a detention center.
