BOWIE, Md. (WUSA9) -- A second suspect has been arrested in a domestic-related murder of 27-year-old Michael Leo Reese, police say.
On August 11, officers responded to the 2500 block of Nicol Circle for reports of a shooting. When officers entered the home they found Reese suffering from a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead on the scene, Prince George's County Police said.
Thirty-two-year-old Vincent Michael Martin, of Northeast D.C., was arrested on the scene.
Police said preliminary investigations indicate that 31-year-old Demarco Gregory James entered the apartment of his ex-girlfriend, confronted Reese and shot him. Martin assisted James during the altercation.
James is charged with first degree murder and will be extradited to Prince George's County. Martin remains in custody with no bond.
