WASHINGTON (WUSA9) - It was a cool and cloudy Saturday with a large but weak area of low pressure moving through the DC Metro area. Expect patchy fog tonight, along with clouds and drizzle in some spots. The showers continue on Sunday, and we can't rule out an isolated thunderstorm, but the main change from Saturday will be the milder temperatures, with highs in the 70s.
On Monday the weather turns even warmer, with highs heading into the 80s. The main force of the storm's energy moves through Monday afternoon, leading to scattered thunderstorms.
