VIENNA, Va. (WUSA) -- The Fairfax County Police is investigating a body that was found on the 1900 block of Old Gallows Road on Monday, police say.

The police spokesperson says the 45-year-old man was found dead along the road. At around 1:40 p.m. police began investigating and say they do not believe the case to be a suicide or foul play.

Police say medical issues or an accident seem to be the cause of death but the investigation continues.
