Fairfax County Board Of Supervisors Defers Decision On Tysons Tax

FAIRFAX COUNTY,  Va. (WUSA) - The Fairfax County Board of Supervisors voted to defer its decision on the proposed tax on the residents and businesses of Tysons Corner, according to a statement from district Supervisor Pat Herrity.

The rate, which has not yet been decided, is likely to be an increase of up to $0.09 per $100 of real estate value on the real estate tax bills of the homeowners and businesses within the tax district.
