WASHINGTON (WUSA) -- You will soon have a chance to enjoy several pieces of Chinese history. 

The Meridian International Center's new exhibit "Style in Silk - Tradition and Innovation in Chinese Fashion" begins this Friday and runs through April 14th.

The exhibit is free and open to the public.
