MECHANICSVILLE, Md. (WUSA) -- The St. Mary's County Department of Public Works & Transportation will replace a major culvert on Lockes Crossing Road, half a mile southwest of Old Village Road starting Saturday, January 26, 2013. The work is scheduled to last through Sunday, January 27, 2013. 

Work will be done between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. daily. Lockes Crossing Road will be closed to traffic at the pipe crossing during those times.

Drivers should look out for changes in traffic patterns and delays.
