WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- The red carpet is already set up for the biggest awards show of the year.

Dozens of workers have laid down 40,000 square feet of red carpet, which is 100% recyclable, tents, and bleachers on Hollywood Boulevard, for Sunday's Academy Awards.
