WASHINGTON (WUSA) -- D.C. police say that a man who was shot in the 4400 block of Sixth Place NE on Thursday night died after he was transported to the hospital.
They have identified the man as 24-year-old Jermile Damon Davis of Southeast D.C.
Police say they received a call for a burglary in progress with shots fired.
