WASHINGTON (WUSA) -- DC police need help identifying people seen at a bus stop in Northwest shortly before a violent attack of a passerby Tuesday morning.
They have released a video showing several people at a bus stop at the intersection of 7th and H Streets, NW, at approximately 3:20 a.m.
Police say after the attack, some people are seen standing on the sidewalk on the north side of H Street, near the intersection with 6th Street, NW.
