WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- One of the Navy Yard shooting victims has been released from the hospital, MedStar Washington Hospital Center reports.
The woman that was shot in the shoulder was discharged from the hospital late Monday afternoon.
The DC Police officer that was shot in the legs remains hospitalized in good condition, MedStar said.
On Sept. 16, Navy contractor Aaron Alexis, 34, assembled a shotgun in a men's room and killed 12 people before he was fatally shot in a gunfight with law enforcement at the Washington Navy Yard.
A total of eight people were injured.
