Singapore (Sports Network) - Stacy Lewis carded a 1-under 71 on Sunday to hold
on for a 1-stroke victory at the HSBC Women's Champions.
Lewis entered the final round tied for the top spot with world No. 2 Na Yeon
Choi, but Choi could only manage an even-par 72 as she missed a birdie putt at
the 18th which could have forced a playoff.
Lewis finished the tournament at 15-under 273 at the Sentosa Golf Club's
Serapong Course to capture her sixth career victory.
Following Choi was Paula Creamer (71) in third at 13-under 275 and Ariya
Jutanugarn (71) in fourth at 10-under.
Candie Kung (70), Jessica Korda (71) and Danielle Kang (72) shared fifth place
at minus-9, while Lexi Thompson (70) and Chella Choi (71) tied for eighth at
8-under.
