CLEMENTS, Md. (WUSA) -- St. Mary's County Bureau of Criminal Investigations have arrested 21-year-old Eric Burgess Jr., authorities said on Wednesday.
Burgess was sought for shooting at several guests during a house party on Feb. 9 at the 2400 block of Jenny Lynn Lane in Clements, authorities said.
According to reports, during the party at the residence the suspect pulled out a gun and fired several shots, hitting a 23-year-old male. Burgess then fled the scene before officers arrived.
The victim was taken St. Mary's Hospital for treatment and was later released, authorities said.
