    • (WUSA) -- Friday morning, we received reports of up to  4" of snow in parts of Culpeper County as we had a Winter Weather Advisory west and northwest of D.C.

    Brenda Tharp Cubbage provided a photo from Rixeyville, Va. showing approximately 4 inches of snow. See her photo above.
