ARLINGTON, Va. (WUSA) -- The case against Korean fusion food truck Seoul Food was dismissed Monday in an Arlington County court.

Owners Anna Shil and JP Goree faced a $2,500 fine and up to year in jail for allegedly violating Arlington County's law that forces food trucks to move every hour. Shil was cited by a police officer who reportedly felt the truck had not moved "far enough."

The law does not include a specific distance to move, only that a truck can't be stopped at one location longer than 60 minutes.
