WASHINGTON (WUSA) -- A Maryland boy's dreams became reality on Sunday and the nation was able to witness it.

We first told you about 10-year-old Hunter Paulin in January, when he found out he won the NFL and Quaker Oats Play 60 competition.

Hours before the Super Bowl, CBS aired the NFL Play 60 commercial starring Hunter and his hero: RGIII.

"Robert Griffin the third inspires me because he plays football and he's a good runner,"Hunter said.

But it get's even better! The fourth grader, who was born with six congenital heart defects, will also be carrying out the game ball at the Super Bowl on Sunday.

"I'm proud to represent all the kids across the country who Play 60," Hunter said in the commercial.

The NFL launched Play 60 in 2007 to combat childhood obesity and encourage kids to be active for at least 60 minutes a day.

"I'm kind of a big deal, that's what they tell me," Hunter said towards the end of the commercial as he jumped in excitement.
