FREDERICK, Md. (WUSA) -- Two people who were reportedly convicted earlier in the day returned to a Frederick apartment Thursday night and are now charged with burglary and trespassing.
According to Frederick Sheriff's Office authorities, officers were told at approximately 10:25 p.m. that two people, James Edward Pollard and Stacey Nicole Hoy, who were evicted from 106 S. Market St. had returned. They say officers went to the address and saw Pollard and Hoy inside the apartment. Authorities say Hoy and Pollard were then spotted exiting out of the rear window of the apartment.
It was confirmed that Pollard and Hoy had been evicted. They were then placed under arrest for 4th Degree Burglary and Trespassing and taken to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center.
