WASHINGTON (WUSA) -- A water main break is causing problems for a few George Washington University buildings this morning.

DC Water says there is a 6 inch water main break in the 700 block of 21st St. NW (21st and G streets NW). Three university buildings are "experiencing service interruptions," according to Alert DC.

Alert DC reports that it could be 6 to 8 hours before repairs are completed.
