SPOTSYLVANIA, Va. (WUSA) -  The victim of an October 17 train accident has been identified, according to the Virginia Medical Examiners Office.

Charles Hollowell, 74, of Spotsylvania, was struck by a train at about 4 p.m. on Wednesday on the tracks 300 yards north of the grade crossing on Mine Road.
