This recipe serves 4-8 (4 quarter pounders or 6-8 regular patties)
BURGER
- ½ lb ground beef
- 1 Spanish Chorizo sausage, ground up
- ½ lb ground pork
- 1 TB ketchup
- ½ cup breadcrumbs ( plain or Italian seasoned for a kick of flavor)
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, mashed
- 1 pinch ground cumin
- Salt & Pepper to taste
SERVICE:
- hamburger roll or hot Pan Cubano,
- 1 medium raw onion diced,
- potato sticks,
- and ketchup
Directions:
1. Mix all burger ingredients and form into patties. Cook on the grill or in a frying pan.
2. Serve on hot Pan Cubano or a Burger roll top with diced raw onions, potato sticks and ketchup!
