WASHINGTON (WUSA) -- We're hoping you can join us Saturday at the Step Out Walk to Stop Diabetes at National Harbor.
In-person registration starts at 8 a.m. or you can register online at stepout.diabetes.org. The program begins at 9:30 a.m. and the 5-K walk starts at 10 a.m..
Friday, Ken Clarke of Fitness Together dished out some workout advice to help fight diabetes. He also gave some warm-up tips for the diabetes walk.
