WASHINGTON (WUSA) -- The 57th Presidential Inauguration is right around the corner and the crowds are expected.
Four years ago, there were a significant number of cold-related emergencies, and doctors want to keep them to a minimum this time around.
Delia Goncalves believes we will be dressing in layers on Monday, and has a few doctor's tips on how to stay warm.

2. Drink lots of water and stay hydrated.
3. Avoid caffeine which only makes dehydration worse.
