WASHINGTON (WUSA) --  Maryland's DREAM Act is on this year's ballot and is a hotly debated topic.

Monday morning, we were joined by Brad Botwin from Help Save Maryland and Senator Victor Ramirez from District 47 in Prince George's County, a sponsor of the Maryland DREAM ACT.
