WASHINGTON, DC (WUSA) -- Samsung takes the wraps off its latest smartphone tonight at New York City's Radio Music Hall.

It's anticipated that the Korean mobile phone maker's newest Galaxy S IV model will come chock full of new smart features.

They include a larger screen, a 3-D camera, and it can even scroll through the screen information just by tracking your eye movements.
