WASHINGTON, DC (WUSA9) --- A crowd of over 100 people partied in the District with their favorite childhood principal, Dennis Haskins, who played the iconic Mr. Belding on "Saved by the Bell."
Class has been out of session since 1993 when the NBC hit show went off air, but the former principal took over KABIN lounge Wednesday night when he hosted the first "Decades Dance. "
Every hour was a time warp into a different decade of hits for partygoers at the Dupont lounge. Starting at 6 p.m., the D.J. took it back to the 60's, and the night was a smooth progression through the best of the 70's, 80's and 90's every hour. Millennials got to hear the best of today's hits starting 11 p.m.
Haskins was a crowd pleaser the entire night. He took photos with guests and even revived his memorable role momentarily when he pulled KABIN's manager, Chris Glump, out by his ear!
Rest assured that KABIN's "Decades Dance" will be reminiscing every Wednesday at their lounge located on 1337 Conn. Ave., NW D.C.
